Good to know
Counts treat any group of non-space characters as a word. Sentences end at a period, question mark, exclamation mark or ellipsis, so abbreviations such as Dr. may add one.

Everything you enter or choose is processed by JavaScript in your browser and never sent anywhere. Only the page code, and any library this tool needs, is downloaded from cdnjs or jsDelivr.
