Your picture is read by your browser and processed on this page with your device’s own image tools. The result is created on your device and offered as a download. Only the page code, and any library this tool needs, is downloaded from cdnjs or jsDelivr.
Questions
Does it remove GPS location?
Yes. The new file is built from the pixels only, so the original metadata is not copied.
Will quality drop?
Slightly. JPGs are re-saved once at high quality.
